Important Pricing Details & Included Services

Our room rates include VAT as well as the popular Hochkönig Card – your key to numerous free activities and regional benefits.

Additional information for your holiday planning:

  • Final cleaning: EUR 75
  • Pets: EUR 15 per pet and night (without food)
  • Local tax & mobility fee: plus EUR 3.20 per person and night
  • Breakfast supplement for apartments: EUR 15 per person and day
  • Sauna & steam bath: free of charge for all guests

Children’s Discounts in the Parents’ Room

staying in their parents’ room:

  • up to 6 years: 100% discount
  • up to 12 years: 50% discount

Cancellation Policy

To help you plan with confidence, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation
  • up to 1 week before arrival: 30% of the total price
  • within the last week before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • in case of no-show or late arrival: 90% of the total price

Tip: We recommend taking out travel insurance to ensure coverage in case of illness or unforeseen events.
